Intro Coaching

 A focused 60-minute session (Zoom or in-person) to tackle one challenge. Project Strategy - Material/System Selection - Pricing or Estimate Review - Subcontractor Issues.


Includes: Summary email with action steps.


$300 ($65 per 15 minutes after 1 hour), plus $.70 per mile Mileage Fee

Project Coaching

Half-day (up to 4 hours) on-site visit + post-visit report. Walk the jobsite or proposed bid - Identify red flags and missed opportunities - Advise on labor, logistics, and scheduling.


Includes report with recommendations and a 30-minute follow-up call.


$1000 ($60 per 15 minutes after 4 hours), plus $.70 per mile Mileage Fee

Team Coach

For companies needing regular expert input. 16 consulting hours/month (remote or onsite mix) - Project Plans/Scope/Spec Reviews, Estimating Help, Systems Coaching - Text/email support as needed.


Minimum 3-month commitment.


$3200/month ($50 per 15 minutes after 16 hours), plus $.70 per mile Mileage Fee

Project Partner Package

Designed for large or complex projects where long-term strategic help is vital. Full pre-project Consultation | Materials/System Advising | Estimating | Buy-out | Project Coordination | Project Management| Weekly check-ins during job | Vendor or Subcontractor management support.


Includes: Up to 3 site visits per month + initial walk (Pre-Con) and final walkthrough. $1500.00 min fee.


5% of Project Value or a Flat Fee, plus $.70 per mile Mileage Fee

Add-On Services

  • Proposal/Estimate Review – $150/HR
  • Custom Training for Your Crew – $150/HR 4 HR minimum + travel 
  • Emergency Jobsite Visit – $1000 + travel (based on location)
